Do you have physical access to the machine? If so, unplug it from the internet.
If not, contact your hosting provider, tell them you have lost control

Someone hacked my website with a page of text and a flash box which I haven't
tried to open. If you click on the h4ck3.us it goes to some amateurish
website about security. The sites that come up when you google the problem
says CagS is a "Turkish Hacker".
