Additional Note:
I have also tried re-installing the MSXML.msi , V4.0 SP3 package as supplied
by Microsoft but this makes no difference. I can't seem to find a package that
includes msxml3.

Fellow VFPer's,
I have always used Jurgen's VFP 9 runtime installers with no issues, however
the last couple of machines I have tried to install them onto have thrown a
weird error:
Using the VFP9SP2 installer, after completing around 90% of the runtime I keep
getting an error saying:

I just tried it with no difference. I wonder if this has anything to do
with user rights. While in the UI on rackspace I saw a message about not
being able to upload files unless my admin was logged in. I'll get the
client to logion and see.

Nothing jumps out at me.
There is a 'v2' version of the API - have you tried that?
