Anybody aware of this or knows what happened?
Cheers, Matt
last time packages were updated on the main server was

my guess is, that the build-server crashed, just like with the
snapshots earlier this year

Hi all,
i want to build 6.2-stable on a macppc. Kernel works fine and boots, no
problem.
make obj for userland works as well, but make build fails with the same
error,
at different stages though:
[...]
/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/libgcc/obj/../cc/cc -B
/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/libgcc/obj/../cc1 -c -O2 -
Hi all,
I don't know if this is the right place but maybe a good start. I will
acquire three PowerMac G5 end of the month and want to set them up as build
servera for macpcc branch or the powerpc packages (as they seem to be
lacking hardware/support). So can somebody hook me up with the current
bui
Well, the package build takes 17 days, so i thought we could speed that up
with hardware.

Hi Rondan,
i have the same machine and also the same problems with wd0 timeouts. Pops
up randomly, somethimes under heavy load, sometimes while doing basically
nothing (like in your case).
Haven't gotten any further on this, as i can't find any deeds about it. I
also can't use more than 1,6G of RAM
Yeah i know about it running in 32bit-mode, but even then it should be able
to use more than 1,6G right?
I have an iBook G4 that has a max RAM of 1,5G on hardware-basis which makes
sense and all, but on a G5?!
Also, did you see his dmesg? :)
[...]
hw.product=PowerMac11,2
hw.physmem=2684354560
hw.
nice, i have two spare G5 Powermacs at home that i will test this on!

Hey all,
i'm parting with one of my G5's and would love to give it to somebody from
the OpenBSD project.
It's a PowerMac11,, so the last model ever made. Dual 2,0GHz Will need a
HDD and maybe RAM (have to see if i have some left).
Since these things weigh over 20kg shipping should not be an option
