/mysql.cf
I would prefer that it was possible to supply some kind of variable name
because I have to change this in several mysql.cf files.
I would prefer an ENVIROMENT variable.
Would that be possible??

- save this in a Database (MySql)
along with the
timestamp. When the bounced mail get back we grap the Message-id and timeinfo
and all this
is saved in the DB.
You could use this info test if mailloop is to long.

Maybe implement some kind of policy daemon ?
Can anyone point me into the right direction so I'm sure that the address
mai...@xxx.dk is sent to
the server xxx.sdu.dk ?

If I remove the function the problem is solved.
Any hints please

I've already used the proxymap solution. We ran into serious problems with the
clustered mysql backend.
I have 5 servers with smtd set to max 300.
I will get back to the proxymap solution. I have adjusted some settings in the
mysql backend.
But still - this annoys me. What is triggering postfi
Hi,
We use mailman along with postfix and that is truly a stable and good
solution and then it's free :-)

Statistics for each server is written to Our Mysql Backend cluster where all

As long as just one postfix server is running - mail is in function. We are
able to add
more servers on the fly depending on load.

Hi,
I use postfix 2.7.0 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
I have some dynamic mail list saved in a Mysq table. Outside programs save the

Actually the policy servers just give control back to postfix and let it handle
the final delivery.
I would prefer that. So the policy server only put's on the lock.

Hi
I have a policy server restricting access to specific lists. If a user is
accepted the policy server return OK status

expanded.
I would like to put a content filter after this , that will grab the orig_to

Thanks was'nt aware of this . I will rewrite the script using this.

Thank you - I only hoped but as you write this is a logical problem.
I will take a look on the multi-instance.

I really would like that but my queue_id is of course empty in this state.
Is it possible to get the queue_id in an SMTPD access policy request ?
