I can't predict when that would happen. Updates for Postfix 2.3
a "minimalistic" system and just get basic email to a single domain and
user working first. No virtual domains, transport maps, dovecot, filters
etc.

Are you running something like SELinux or AppArmor?
If you create that directory (/home/vmail/info/tmp) and set the proper
owner and permissions does the error go away?
