I have a domain where my DMARC reports are delivered to my email address. I
want to integrate it with a dashboard. Does anyone know of a open source
solution where these XML reports can be read and published?.

Can you check the spool directory where the mail is queued. For sendmail, i
recall it was /var/spool/mqueue.
Also check message_size_limit and mailbox_size_limit in main.cf

You need to check more than than blacklist check. Here are the things i
would start to begin with.
1. SPF
2. DKIM records
3. DMARC records
4. IP Warmup
5. Check the scores at mail-tester.com.
6. Domain reputation
7. Reverse DNS records
8. Opt ins.

You should be able to send emails to MX records , A records are not needed.

Can you not restrict the SMTP relay to allow only those allowed servers and
reject emails from all other sites? or may be allow only specific domains
to relay through.
