I have set up clamav, and I think it works
But when a mail is recieved, it is first scanned by rspamd and then
clamav. Thats all fine.
But when clamav is done, rspamd scans it again.
My setup is debian, postfix, rspamd, clamav, dovecot.

you are using amavis as content filte

not sure about your setup, but rspamd can also check email with clamav [1].
that way, there is no need to add clamav to postfix (as content_filter
or milter).

I got the attached report about a double bounce from my incoming postfix
server "Postfix SMTP server: errors from
nullbounce.com[116.202.14.127]:57394" . When I realize that this error
is totally bogus, I want to blackhole that whole netblock. I see a
double bounce, my heart jumps, I'm thinking

This wasn't a double-bounce, just an invalid SMTP rec
