tracing a bad-actor's rejected submission+extensions; seeing 2 IPs and don't see why?

I'm walking through a week's worth of "leaks" through my filters etc., closing the holes. Most have been clear enough to trace & remediate. This one has me a bit stymied. I'm not sure I have enough info to make out what's in fact going on. I'm seeing 2 different IPs in play, and can't unwind

Hi Stephen, Many thanks for your shared experience. May I know how to implement the "smart-hosted" way you mentioned? BTW, my issue is for outbound traffic, we will relay customers' traffic to internet, and we don't know whether the mail is blocked or not before delivering... Regards, King 2015
