Mail is not getting delivered at all.

Dear List, One of the mail sent to mail.bhelrnd.co.in is not getting delivered at all. The following is the log extract. Do I need to set anything in our Postfix mailer to solve this issue? The sender of this mail says, he is able to exchange mails using GMail. ---
