What are you doing that triggers the limits of Yahoo? Please describe

Some ISP recommend to send email :
For exemple Yahoo accepts 20 @ per SMTP connection and 20 concurrency
connection.
They also regultate the number of connection per hour.
Hotmail recommendation is :
20 s
