Thanks for help.
I modified below stuff.
1. In /etc/mysql/my.cnf , I had bind-address = 0.0.0.0 and changed it to
127.0.0.1
2. In postfix maps files, I did put socket = /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
Then I restarted postfix.
Similar error, given below.

Error 2 means "No such file or directory".
