postfix/smtp has always worked... I think it was my fetchmailrc file.. I was told to add this to my /etc/fetchmailrc: defaults: smtphost 127.0.0.1 smtpaddress localhost that seemed to fix it. -- Paul Cartwright Registered Linux user # 367800
