I have emptied the notify_classes
1) Bounces are for outbound sent to lot of email addresses. And this is not
spamming. We have mailing list server 4 numbers, those are maintained for
around 80 clients, from there emails will be triggered through 9 SMTP
servers where postfix is installe

I have done the changes mentioned by you and now I see the delay has
decreased from around 6hours to 1hour. Now I would still like to reduce the
delay please suggest.
About the questions raised by you, yes the SMTP server generates bounces
messages and yes too many postmaster notices.
Please find my actual logs for the delays only. Please advise on how to
handle this. I need to see that the delivery doesn't slow down because in
this rate the emails are delivered after around 3-4hours.
