Short term solution was to delete the TLSA record from the DNS.
After deleting the TLSA record the mails are getting in.

How can I tell whats running in cleanup, I really don't see a lot of entries
in maillog and have no idea why I'm getting 50 or 60 cleanup processes
running at once and bringing CPU very high.

I'm working on a content filter which should behave differently,
depending on whether the upstream client authenticated to Postfix or not
