Just I wanted to know does postfix mail server has an option to keep the
message copy after successfully got delivered,
We are using postfix mail application to scan emails only, there are no
actual mail box exists in it.

Postqueue -p command taking so long time to execute, start and stopping the
postfix also the same, in the meanwhile I checked server performance is
quite normal, no load
