I’m trying to setup an internal postfix mail server for a very specific use for
a client. They need to REJECT all mail that is attempted to be sent with a MAIL
FROM: value of anything other than an address at “good-domain.com” (for this
example). If someone was to MAIL FORM: ad...@google.co

You seem surprised? The documentation states "Restrictions are applied in the
order as specified; the first restriction

We need a way to limit outbound mails to a specific domain to just 10 mails in
10minutes. The issue I’m having is that I can only get it to send 1 email every
