I know that this is not a postfix issue, but I have the hope that
someone from DHL is on this list :-)
It looks like that DHL (and possibly many other DHL related domains)
messed with their DNSSec. With NSEC3 to be more precise
If checking the csync the following is returned

I'm trying to change de envelope.from when resubmitting message to
postfix queue using milter.
For some reason this is not working as expected:

I've made a milter that replaces some strings on specific message patterns.
Now, I need to change the return-path accordingly to the VERP pattern
for each sent mail.
So my milter replaces message content including return-path, but when
message is sent to the final destination, it keeps
as a post-mortem :-)
rcpt changed the mta-sts policy file but did not update the DNS TXT
record (especially the id value). So it's fully according to policy
discovery behaviour specified in RFC 8461
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8461#section-3) that a mta-
resolver should not check for
