Thanks, but it turns out I already did that.
It’s running as '/usr/sbin/named -u bind -4 -t /var/named -u bind’ (don’t know
why -u bind is there twice, named_flags="-u bind -4” but that

Yes, add the domain
Not too sure what the problem is, but I had to use '127.0.0.1' in place of
'localhost' for my virtual_transport setting to work. 'localhost' is in
/etc/hosts ('127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost'), and
a 'ping localhost' at the command line works.

Hello,
I'm new to postfix and I inherited a server that was already configured
with the below. I need to relay subdomain.ni.example.com to another
server. I looked at the documentation and it seemed pretty straight

Not too sure about the procedure for contributing, but I noticed something
in main.cf (postfix 3.0.0) that didn't look right, specifically the note
about the default for mydestination. 'postconf -d' confirms it, as well as

This normally means the port is not open (no process listening).
Use a suitable command to list all open sockets: netstat, or lsof,
and see what port open
We use opendkim and have been running it successfully since mid-2014.
We recently upgraded from opendkim-2.9.0 to 2.10.1 via yum due to a
push from the epel repository. Since that update was applied we are
getting this in the maillog.

Hi,
I was considering purchasing "The Book of Postfix" by Ralf Hildebrandt
and Patrick Koetter. The edition listed on Amazon is dated 2005. That is 10
years old which is ancient is software years. Is there a newer version
available?
Thanks

Thank you, everyone. I added in the space to have the filter be formatted:
/^Received: from foo.domain/
and that has been working. I also added in the other two just to be safe in
case the first didn't catch it.
I appreciate the help!
