Hello All,
By spawn I've a script that checks several parameters before accepting an SMTP
email.
I found the list of variables here
http://www.cs.ait.ac.th/~on/postfix/SMTPD_POLICY_README.html
But I would retrieve the subject with this method.
My script already gets all other parameters before

If Postfix 2.1.5 then your Debian install is MUCH older than Lenny
(Debian 5). IIRC Lenny shipped w/Postfix 2.5.5 and Etch shipped
w/2.3.8. Which means you're running Sarge (3.1) or older.
We're using Postfix 2.1.5 on an old Debian 5 Linux system as an
incoming, but not outgoing mail server. (We host several domains on
our server and don't want the mail headers for outgoing mail from (say)
CompanyA.com to say that they originated from a hostname that might be
CompanyB.com, CompanyC.

Tested with the yesterday log containing malware links and it works.(so far)

Another workaround I was thinking is to compress the log file before
sending.
should then be something clamav cant unpack :)

Sorry, I'm not as familiar with clam*. But why do you assume the mails

i dont trust, its 127.0.0.1 networking with is always me, why should i
block myself ?
i did not write root@localhost as sender
Thank you for your replies.
The message is from localhost, not from another postfix machine, but the
machine has multiple virtual servers/aliases.
The reason behind a log file containing no malware but still being flagged
as virus, is because the scanner is configured to check links also (links

What the others said. That shouldn't happen. It's a problem with
clamav.
incorrect, clamsmpt is at fault here, mails should not block on
localhost, its fault is that clamsmtp is only for proxy scaning with
postfix, not usable as a global content fil

Migrating to a new server and decided I would switch to postfix. On my old
qmail server, I used validrcptto to drop emails not destines for the
virtual accts on our site.
I've read tutorials and the backscatter/local recipient pages and my

Nothing to do with postfix, clamsmtpd is blocking your email.

Hello
For some time now I was wondering why some of my pflogsumm emails were not
received.
Digging deeper into the problem today, I can see the emails are being
blocked by Postfix because it "contains" a virus.

Hello,
looking in the archive there are multiple question like "howto access
the queueid from pipe service"
I had the same problem some times ago and wrote a patch.
Now I have the possibility to use the pipe command in master.cf like
