1. If a mail is temporarily deferred from a remote MTA, postfix should
back-off instantly for some time but I observed this today.

But I need different sets of black- and whitelists per recipient, e. g.
recpientvalu
My client want this. Let's say - it just some company standards. if he
insists - I would recommend them to use another MTA, for example exim
