I have an odd problem with dmidecode on a Panasonic CF-SZ6 laptop running
7.6-release.
kern.allowkmem=1 is set.
# dmidecode 3.6
Scanning /dev/mem for entry point.
# No SMBIOS nor DMI entry point found, sorry.
But in dmesg I have an SMBIOS entry point found:
bios0 at mainbus0: SMBIOS rev. 3.0 @
name, flags, fd
);
cast = -1;
}
}
return cast;
}
Can anyone offer some assistance in resolving this 'undeclared function' issue
please?
How does one declare the 'syscall' function here, and why is it not needed on
the Linux platform?
Do we have an equivalent for the Linux macro syscall __NR_memfd_create (which
seems also to be aliased as SYS_memfd_create)?

d see if I
can create a port, a process new to me.
Or are there other lightweight alternatives?

Thanks for clarifying that.
As I am new to considering cloud backup, I'll ask on misc if anyone has
relevant experience (cost, performance, reliability...) of tarsnap and
alternatives such as kopia.

Could the gb language pack be added to the standard build please? There are
probably enough potential users to make this worthwhile

As noted with the 1.159.3 version this update also fails to build on
7.7-release with Rust 1.186.0. The issue is with the libsqlite3-sys
crate.
On -current (Rust-1.188) it builds fine (slowly...) and picked up my
Deltachat profile using arcanechat-t
