Hi all,
A patch to update dunst from 1.9.2 to 1.12.2[0,1] follows.
Doing so allowed getting rid of some of our patches, while introducing
one new, effectively reverting one commit introducing a "wordexp.h"
functionality not available on OpenBSD[2].
