openmpi? It's a minor update from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3, so it shouldn't be too
challenging.

very simple PR. I added "PORTSCOUT= limit:^[0-9\.v]+$$" to cad/ifcopenshell
to stop portscout from reporting CI updates almost daily. cad/ifcopenshell
is a broken port anyway.
