fetch":

/xports/net-im/signal-desktop/distinfo.
=> Either /xports/net-im/signal-desktop/distinfo is out of date, or

according to the latest build run by bofh@

It seems that py39-setuptools_scm-6.4.2 must not be installed to install
py39-setuptools-scm-8.x.
So we cannot use -o of portmaster or portupgrade.
The only way seems to be to delete it beforehand with pkg delete -f.
