Looks like I was still on branch 2021Q4 of the ports.
Now switched to 2024Q4.
Problems seems fixed, except for some installed packages that seems to have no
ports:

It looks like I was updating world and kernels... but had not git pull from
/usr/ports for a long time... probably 2021.

but this one is supposed to be source.
I say supposed, because I suspect I may have installed XFCE and Firefox by pkg
rather than ports... but frankly I don't really knows.
