It has always been like that (well since LMS 7 I think).
Sometimes developers have not had their plugin included in the list or
have made a special repo to get beta versions.

The TV isn't a smart TV, so just the Roku and an old blu-ray player.
We're pretty much streaming all tv these days so Roku's are everywhere.
If MainSqueeze is my best bet I will give that another try. Last time I
tried it, it brought up my music but wouldn't play. I didn't spend too
much time

Any else see this, is there a way to display a logo?

Same here basically, just not LMS 8.0 nightly, but the latest version
from pinkdot for Synology.
No track works, searching is fine. Same Error message.

I have to say this. For many years I've enjoyed 'tinkering' with
computers and software. I've been an avid LMS user and sideline observer
of this and the other LMS threads for quite a while. The open source
aspect and resulting contributions are truly extraordinary and
inspiring, especially t

Yes, "the view is closed" means a return to the originating page/view,

"Playing" layout, but that's not how it behaves in Desktop equivalent.

the information to be shown under "browse by work" is taken from Quboz.
This is great functionality.
It would be very nice and helpful if this information could be stored in
the LMS library. Have you ever considered this?
Considered, yes. I think it's an old idea/wish among Classical lovers,

New release available in the Beta repository and it will appear in the
standard 3rd party repository when it next refreshes.
Included in this release :
- A major change. The plugin now handles the audio (Dash/AAC)
internally, there is no longer a dependency on BBC IPlayer plugin.
