based) as well as the latest SSOTS but cant get the helper app to run,

I found using a named pipe from shairport with the wave input plugin
unreliable.
Instead I loaded the ALSA loopback driver, configured shairport to play
to the loopback device and then opened the loopback device with the wave
input plugin.
You then don't need to make any changes to the wave inpu
ignore... I got it working again

I've discovered that the majority of my problems have been caused by the
dns setting on my router. I have reset this back to the default, and it
seems that all the streams (aac, wma) are working again!!!

And thanks for all the help.
Now it seems to work?
I unticked the "Allow transcoding", saved, ticked it again, saved and
now it is back to normal.
Either BBC has started sending the correct urls or whatever or Triodes
plugin needed a reset.

I have just discovered that using the BBC app (the msb.com basic live
player) then BBC streams play as wma (and the url is the standard asx
url). The stream loads almost in

I searched the Aberdeen listings but just get stan
On my Boom and my Classic I can get a similar problem with
capitalisation. I see "Next 6 hours", ToDay, TONIGHT, TOMORROW, Sat, Sun
etc. Again, not a problem for me because the font I usually use is all
caps.

Just for information to anyone with issues with TrackStat and duplicated
musicbrainz identities.
In the latest TrackStat version (3.1.3814) which I just released there
is an option in the TrackStat settings page to disable the musicbrainz
tag related logic.

Looking at your conf file - there have been some odd changes made
compared to the standard WaveInput conf file and I cannot understand the
rationale unless there are changed to the plugin as well.
Why are "IFR" and "IFRD" and "IFRB" used when the original only require
"R" ?
