I just got 7.5 running on Slimnas. The one issue that I am having is
that squeezecenter is only seeing about 1/3 of my music files when I do
a scan. Any suggestions?

I am visiting my parents for the next few days and I am trying to get
them up and running again since all the issues with weather.com et
all.
They have win 2000 and a classic SB - I have updated their SB software
to the latest version and downloaded a new version of the SDT plug in.

Hi.
As I described in the first post, UTF8 characters are not displayed
properly in the song file viewer, at least not on my system.
This is strange because UTF8 characters work fine at all other places,
but not in the plugin.
However the suggested patch is probably not suitable for general use

Is there a way to use WaveInput (which I've used for a couple of years
on another computer) to playback streams that are being sent out via
HDMI? I want to listen to streams from my new HTPC now that I have
moved the Squeezebox Server to it. I've had no success. I even tried
"Virtual Audio Cable"

Firefox private browsing and always the same behaviour. It seems the
install of the plugin is FUBAR and I've no idea why.

So after un-installing the server, and everything
Squeezecenter/Squeezebox Server I could find and reinstalling SBS 7.5
RadioTime now works through the Squeezebox interface, ie. it plays
radio stations, but still nothing through the web GUI. Every attempt
to access the plugin menu results in the

Does that change work for files encoded with another encoding ? For
example iso-8859-1
I suspect most files edited on Windows won't be utf8 encoded but I
might be wrong.
