upgrade from 7.2.1 to 7.3. It completely destroyed my setup, so then I

I copied the URL from your post which was for a program and not a live
streams as you had indicated in the text. Butr since your log was for
the specified URL- I used it so there was an easy comparison.

Radio 3, and it did work, while mine which was copied from the AlienBBC
URL, did not.
I then made sure that I eliminated all references I could find of the

works, except that the adjustments made doesnt reach the speakers.

xfxviewer I can see only heartbeat messages. A closer inspection in to

Just look at the previous post - I said if you are running 7.3 I think
it needs to be updated as similar plugins have needed code to be
changed to get audio.

Repeat the radio 3 test with 3 "-v" to get more debug info.
You should get somthing like - look for difference compared to your
log. I still suspect the mplayer build but if you are UK based there
are other possibilities.

The text "STREAM_LIVE555" in the log indicates that mplayer has been
built with the wrong RTSP library
However you say RealAudio works which seems to contradict the above -
can you show a log of standalone mplayer playing the australian

I used to have LastFm working fine but have had various problems with
squeezecentre recently so completely re-installed using 7.3 - I cannot
find lastFm at all - I am in Tokyo and in the past have used James's
downloads but even copying those files to the plugins reveals no LastFm
icon.- Anyone sh

upgrade to a current version for my plugins, especially SaverSwitcher,
SyncOptions, and PlayLog. All my current plugins are coded to work fine
in SqueezeCenter 7.0 through 7.3, but some earlier releases only worked
up to 7.2.x --

At the moment it looks like local radio stations info is not provided
through the XML interface which the BBCiPlayer plugins uses.
AlienBBC provides access to local radio and the iPlayer "Listen Again"
content for local radio. I think you may need AlienBBC installed
regardless as I think Local r
I have just upgraded to Slimserver 7.3 and I have Alien 2.3b installed.
I cannot now get Alien to connect with BBC. On my Squeezebox 3 player I
get the following message 'Unable to play file type for:' My OS is
Vista. Can anybody help with this or experienced the same issue?

Seems to be working now. Not sure why it suddenly started to appear in the
Dynamic Playlist mixers - maybe a caching issue, or that I needed a server
restart.
So I now have "Random for year and rating" and "Random not rated tracks in
