You can get it anywhere. Last I saw it couple of das ago in Venus
stores, off FC road, and they have outlets in Nucleus mall & Appa
balwant Chowk as well.
Sujata computers is in Nal Stop signal chowk on Karve Road. Just behind
one grocery store, next to Oberoi House.

largely up to the manufacturer to provide support for Linux

I am looking for something like axure.com or Adobe ROME. Any other
competent prototyping tool will help. I am not looking for graphics
designing softwares though (like GIMP etc), as they are rather time
consuming.

I am 99% sure that you'd get them in Computer Hut in Apa Balwant Chowk
(ask for Manish Goel there). You get 20% discount here. If not - there's
always flipkart.com. In fact, flipkart.com will deliver at your doorstep
without any shipping charge if order exceeds Rs. 100

The place is in West Bengal. Is it safe enough to send them money?
Besides, I need urgently - wonder how much time shipping would take!
No viable solution in Pune? I can travel anywhere in Pune! :(
