Turns out this is 2nd Gen i3 - has no option of i5 processor.
Will that be an issue ?

no issues of heating etc , its really silent , you can play around anytime
when you are around here , run Virtual Box occasionally , you should be
getting this for 30K

I'm currently using Lenovo Thinkpad R400 myself. It is my understanding
that Lenovo generally has good linux support.
