I'm just guessing. Can you check what are your bootloader options? What is it
passing to kernel as init? Maybe something wrong there? Can you post the
bootloader config file? Which bootloader are

mount error 6:ext3 flags
kernel panic:No init found.try passing init= option to the kernel.
