That's true. But I guess that you can then update the
components as and when required.
I also think that this would be a fully functional OS
without any dev tools/servers etc. Thus if anyone
wants such an OS (perhaps SOHO kindof distro), he can
d/l it without going through other hassles

That's the mini installation ISO for SuSE 9.3. Not the full set of 5 CDs.
