You don't "downgrade" a kernel. You install a lower
kernel version.
Yes, if the kernel is available from the installation
CDs, just install from it.

Can I downgrade my kernel in Mandriva2006 to 2.6.8 from
MDK10.1 ?
Did google but most don't do this foolishness.
It's got to do with a module which works fine in 10.1 and
not so well in MDV.(pl don't ask which...)
