i have Intel Wireless Card 5100.
went through some forums about this card..
seems.. this particular card has compatibility problem with old versions of
fedora..
1 person has even suggested an upgrade to Fedora 12.. other suggestion is
Kernel Upgrade...
will try these things and get back to
