I would study how mails from others commercial messages are worded and
avoid using Windows specific words that you seem to flout...
Administrators might have put certains words as restricted that your
mail may be hitting...
other than that I find nothing unusual to complain...

2. In the list of certification your RHCE is mentioned last. When you
are talking of Linux training, it becomes your best qualificat
