Though qmail is an SMTP server, but it also provides an addon utility
which works as a pop3 serv
Dear Salil,
For availing the IMAP service, if you have used
V-popmail for managing virtual domains, use
sq-webamil as a web-based mail client. The combination
is robust, faster & customizable. SqWebMail is very
fast, and light. It accesses maildirs directly, and
does not use an IMAP server.

We have configured qmail on a linux enterprise edition
3 to work for multiple domains emails.
Currently it works for POP3, i mean we are able to
fetch the mail using pop3.
We would like to use IMAP to fetch the mails. Can we
configure qmail for both POP3 and IMAP? If yes, some
