Hi Nikhil,
I think the mkbootdisk script in boot/ on the first cd can help. Otherwise
try writing the bootdisk image from the same directory on the pen drive
using
dd if=boot/rescuefloppy of=/dev/sda (be careful if you are using SATA
harddisk)

Please note that I want make my USB drive bootable. So that I can boot
from the USB drive and can install suse linux10.0.
I am aware that there is setting to choose USB drive for bootting in BIOS.
