I tried to debugg. No Clue yet.. This problem seem to be quite uncommon on
help on Google too .

Ya! I have restarted the server.
The settings are in /etc/apache2/sites-available/default file

Order allow,deny
allow from all
*AllowOverride None*
Since I have done "*AllowOverride None*" the server sho
