[PLUG] Talk suggestion : software licenses

Hello folks, I was wondering if _somebody_ can give a talk on various software licenses, the differences and their implications. Eg: what is the difference between an apache license and a MIT license. When should I use which license, etc. Also cover, why a license in required in the first place.
