I used the "Create USB start up disk" utility present in ubuntu to create
"bootable" pen drive.
Now my issue is that the laptop doesnt boot from USB.
It gives "no OS" error.
I have acer travelmate 2413 series.
In the bios, I have set boot from jetflash as my 1st booting device.
I donno what else
Have you tried this:
- boot through the CD into Kubuntu
- insert the usb and open it once to make sure its mounted
- start the installation and select the usb drive when the partition
selection comes up
