Help is provided right inside gmail account on how to configure you
mail client to send/fetch mails from mail clients... try looking in
setting section there...
settings are pretty simple... once you have done it for some mail client...

I would study how mails from others commercial messages are worded and
avoid using Windows specific words that you seem to flout...
Administrators might have put certains words as restricted that your
mail may be hitting...
other than that I find nothing unusual to complain...
