How are you modifying the file

From what I know in theory ,this shouldn't happen.
Can anybody please explain why this is

There is a requirement for a fulltime (8-hr) job for the following profile -
1. Working knowledge of Unix systems
2. Basic unix administration and scripting experience (Shell, perl, etc.)
3. Experience in web development (perl-cgi, php, apache)
Professional work experience is _not_ a criteri
