Why doesn't plug put up a FAQ on the plug site? I know that answers to

Hi,
We want to develop a free software for the schools. It
consists of animations. We have an option to choose
OpenGL for the same.
Has anybody worked on OpenGL? We just want to get
brief idea about it.
