I use Iqara. On the whole it is okay. I get a download speed of about 20 MB/hour on average. I dld a lot, so I use the unlimited package which sets me back by Rs.1350 per month. Service is passable. Speed is passable. It's not great, but it'll do. They did have trouble setting me up, but I
