This afternoon I launched systemsettings5 from the command line. When I
clicked the get new themes button, this turned up in the terminal window:
qt.network.ssl: QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSL_get1_peer_certificate
qt.network.ssl: QSslSocket: cannot resolve EVP_PKEY_get_base_id
qt.network.ssl:
That must be gnome.
