Clevo has made some really interesting machines in the past. Including

I hear the same thing. 6 years ago I bought a 1TB SSD for my work
computer. It came with a 5 year guarantee. I was untrusting at first.
This is my daily driver. I under use it in that I do not store as much
data on it as it really can hold. I run anti-virus almost weekly and I
treat it j
If your worried about SSD's failing or having problems, then stick with the HDD
or get a motherboard that has a M.2 slot for NVME SSD. They just plug right in
and very fast too.
