The driver CD that comes with your NEO contains
drivers
for both Vista and WinXP. If the video driver for
VIA Chrome9 IGP is not in this CD, you can download
directly from the VIA website:

I've found g4u to be reliable for most purposes. You might want to try g4l
as well. Do remember to zero-fill the disk you want to make an image of
before you do the cloning process to save you some space...
