i'm printing about 10 pages of this sticker book in a digital printer near
our office. For 60php you can have 1 a4 page of a sticker design you like.

Try also checking cisco console messages. You might be experiencing DDOS
attacks during those times.
Also check torrent activity. I've heard that bitlord/bitcomet can overload
you internet connection causing it to drop.
