Hi Ciryl,
I tested your systemd-build from
https://people.debian.org/~kibi/systemd/
The problem is resolved with your patched version. :-)
I urge the package maintainers to introduce this new build really fast
into stretch. I could imagine, this affects a whole bunch of people:

Then how are you planning to deal with this serious bug after years of
inactivity?

not sufficient. Reason: *Every* leak can be disabled by unplugging the
network cable.
This is not a solution.
I am planning to upload an NMU fixing this issue to DELAY3 and hope that
release managers allow this fix into stretch.

so it seems that either the initramfs is not constructed correctly, or the
udev in the initramfs works differently.
Or something else I don't undestand - like most of systemd.

Does that mean this works only for *new* entries, but overriding another

Is there no way to *override* entries?

send acpi events via the kernel, thus not starting the
acpid would disable all of them.

And, in the end *why* was it disabled at all?

take the status of current
acpid into account ... no idea how all this should work together!
(A sad story that Debian Developers don't know anymore how to work
on some of the most essential parts of the system - shiny new world
of
the following actions actually start
the acpid:
* /etc/init.d/acpid - of course
* acpi_listener - it pulls the socket, thus systemd starts acpid
But the point is that there are events generated from kbd that are
not coming over the socket, and thus are completely lost.
...
Merging this bug with the one you quoted.
